With a faith crisis very often comes an identity crisis so in today’s episode we’re exploring what that looked like for me and how I’m still attempting to navigate it. Since so much of my identity was centered around being Mormon, I talk about what aspects of my identity changed when I left the Church (and what aspects stayed the same). I touch on some pretty mind-boggling scientific theories on The Self, as well as share some Instagram follower feedback on what helps the crisis of identity following a faith transition.
