We're embarking on a new year (*raises middle finger to 2020*) and that means an onslaught of obligatory resolutions and goal making. My love/hate relationship with New Years aside, I think we tend to miss an important step in setting goals/intentions/resolutions. I dive into that step in this episode and share some past growing pains (spoiler alert: they're not called growing pleasures for a reason). Here's to embracing a new year, whatever it brings us.
