talked with 4 time world champion and Paralympic silver medalist Stefan Daniel. In terms of dominance in a sport Stefan is close to untouchable with a list of pretty amazing results. He was 1st at the 2019 Wolrd Championships, 2018 World Championships,  and the 2017 World Championships. He was 2nd at the 2016 Paralympic Games and won the 2015 World Championships and 2015 - Canadian junior championships. In 2014 he was 2nd at World Championships and 3rd at the 2013 World Championships, and keep in mind that he is only 23. So his 2013 world championships he was just 16 years of age competing against athletes in their late 20s and early 30s. He is unbeaten on the its paratriathlon series since June of 2018 where he was second, and since 2013 since he started competing on the paratriathlon circuit he has not been off the podium, and he also won the Tokyo test event for the PTs5 men last year. Even with all of these tremendous accomplishments Stefan is still one of the most humble and down to earth people I have met. I didn’t actually now about many of these results until researching for this podcast. In this episode we talked about his journey to the 2016 rio Paralympics, his tagerting of Tokyo 2021.
