The Character Summary template is a simple, yet effective way to learn about and summarise characters/major personalities from text/history.
In this template students identify who the character is, what the character does (actions/behaviours), how the character speaks and what the character represents (this could be in relation to the moral/message/theme of the text).
This is a great collaborative task where students can complete a template for each relevant character.
