Julian Goldner is a current student and Morehead-Cain Scholar at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At the age of 19, he is the founder and CEO of a social business that produces biodegradable flower pots containing native plants and recently travelled to eight different countries during his gap year. Having grown up in the living Eden that is Costa Rica, he is also passionate about the environment and aims to integrate sustainability into every aspect of his life.
In this episode, we discuss strategies for sustainable travel, tips for starting a social business as a high school student, the meaning of conservation, and different countries as models for environmental stewardship.

If you've gained anything from listening to this podcast, I would be grateful if you could support this show through a one off 'coffee' donation, or even a monthly donation if you can! As a student, I do this in my free time with hopes of making these conversations accessible, and this would contribute greatly to continuing the show.
