Bregett “Breggs” Rideau is a renowned Jazz Singer who has traveled the world. She is also the mother of a special needs child. When her son was severely injured at his school, she demanded that video cameras be installed and she went all the way to the State Capital in Texas to get the groundbreaking legislation passed.
