<p>Long COVID is fairly unknown syndrome that can occur after a person contracts COVID-19. Melissa Lynch is a healthcare professional, but also a mother. Her daughter, Wednesday, contracted COVID-19 and has dealt with severe symptoms from long COVID. Melissa will discuss the initial presentation of the disease, how they finally got a diagnosis, and what she is doing now to prevent others from going through all of the difficulties she and Wednesday have faced. Melissa now works with Long COVID Kids USA and Long COVID Kids Global to advocate for awareness of the disease, prevention, and research. Listen in to hear more!</p>
