What happens when a third-generation teen mom, dismissed by doctors and disconnected from her roots, decides to trust her body and rewrite her story?
In this powerful episode of The EMBER Project Podcast, we sit down with The Rooted Female—a former nurse turned holistic healer, course creator, and intentional living advocate. Pregnant at 16, she overcame addiction, married her children’s father, and is now raising three children (including one with spina bifida) while living off-grid in a converted bus.
After being told her mysterious illness was “all in her head,” she was finally diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) by a holistic doctor. That diagnosis became the turning point that launched her healing—mentally, physically, and spiritually. Today, she teaches other women how to reclaim their power through cycle syncing, womb wisdom, and ancestral healing.
This episode is raw, healing, and radically empowering.
