Momentum is great, if you know how to use it.
It felt like everything was coming together - email templates circulating, giving advice to newbies on Facebook, ecommerce brands on the radio giving us the time of day - it felt like we were just seconds from liftoff...
But when everyone in your pipeline turns out to be a beginner too...
that's potential problems..
At the end of the day, we just needed to stop trying to do what everyone else said-
and realize it was time to figure it all out for ourselves.
