The Stages of a Spiritual Awakening

We will talk about the Spiritual Awakening process specifically focusing on the self and how we can heal our past traumas and create a new reality for ourselves. We will address uncomfortable topics the will require vulnerability and truth from ourselves as the hosts in hopes of creating a safe space for our listeners to get vulnerable with themselves as well.
