National Family History Day is celebrated on Thanksgiving. Danielle Howard, a dietetics intern at Eagle Nutrition Services (ENS), discusses why keeping track of one's family health history is so important. She explains what kind of information one should take note of, and offers advice on starting conversations about family health. Howard also explains why nutrition is critical to overall health.ENS provides nutrition education and counseling services aimed at improving health, nutrition and longevity.
