As we prepare for Holocaust Memorial Day, of which CFI are putting on an online event on YouTube on 24th January 2021 at 7pm - see full details here: https://www.cfi.org.uk/downloads/HMD-Flyer2021v5.pdf - I will be looking at various issues relating to this, and for the need for light to break through the darkness of today's world, especially with the Covid plague still forcing lock down.I was reminded recently of a word Lance Lambert once brought that stated, "We need to be overcomers…. Overcoming is to so discover the grace of God and the power of God made available to you and me, that we stay on course in spite of our faults and weaknesses, even our sin - and come finally to the place where we are no longer Jacob but Israel. Overcoming is when we are still in the race at the end." So even with all these difficult issues we are facing with this Coronavirus issue, let us press on and be overcomers, and be sure we are still in the race at the end.
