My whole life changed thanks to my two closest mentors: My dad and my previous boss Uri Argov.

From my dad, I learned the importance of action and I applied this bias to my business. 

This led me to meet Uri who taught me everything I now know about building a great culture (even when the company had 100s of employees, he was still personal with everybody. He never left a call or a request unanswered and was obsessively invested in the well-being of his employees.)

I'm eternally grateful for the lessons they taught me but I'm not perfect and I've also made a lot of mistakes by not following their advice all the time.
