Emily then tells a brief history of why there is the common belief that chocolate is an aphrodisiac. She walks us through cacao cultivation's origins in Mesoamerica and takes us on a 500 year journey through Europe and back across the pond to the US. 

Finally, Emily recommends watching Avatar: The Last Airbender, which she recently binged on Netflix.
