Time to update that morning routine for myself. 2 main things I do:
1. Set up a small morning routine timeline the night before
2. Each week adjust my alarm clock 5 min earlier until I am good waking up at 6am.
Waking up at 4 am is messed up. If you can happily wake up at 4 am, you are a rockstar in your own right.
