How do you grow a business? How do you boost business recruitment, especially during lockdown?

We’re Lee and Adam, co-founders of the social media publishing group, Electric House. What started as a tradesman and a tech-nerd in a tiny workroom has since grown into a team of almost a hundred.

In March 2020, we moved our workspace from a small office in an industrial estate in Tamworth to a brand-new bespoke office space in Birmingham’s business jewel, Fort Dunlop, and now we’re experiencing a recruitment drive to grow our employee base further!

We give tips for recruiting during lockdown, how to apply for and secure a new job during lockdown, and talk about why we moved our business to Birmingham, and how Birmingham fits in the UK business landscape.
