Many of us focus the majority of our time on learning solutions, tools, npm packages and the rest of 'The How'. In this episode I explain why it's drastically more important to be married the problem, rather than the solution, aka 'The What'. I use the example of JavaScript Closures to demonstrate why it's important to understand the problem before you even begin to discuss potential solutions.
