The DPH industry has been battling the internet for years. IMAP policies have been created, some enforced better than others, some showrooms have become e-tailers and some manufacturers have even started selling their products online. COVID-19 has brought this battle to the forefront, as people are hesitant to go into stores and more of our customers are shopping online.
