My new year's reflection; surprising themes + lessons learned

I'm Caroline Scruggs, an artist, musician, and lifelong explorer of self-expression+creativity. I just turned 30, and I'm about to spend this whole year unlearning belief systems I've been taught my entire life. Time to rewrite my own playbook, and it's happening right here on the Dinner Bell!I hope this little wonder-filled podcast might serve as a touchstone for any big-hearted dreamer who struggles to remember your unconditional worth and your right to take up space. May you find a little sense of relief or inspiration, motivation or freedom from my musings here. It's also a weekly practice to question (and maybe even let go of) cultural conditioning + limiting beliefs, and to make space for a new (sometimes radical) perspective that lets us come back home to our true selves.
