An Unexpected Theme for the New Year

I'm Caroline Scruggs, an artist, musician, and lifelong explorer of self-expression+creativity. I just turned 30, and I'm about to spend this whole year unlearning belief systems I've been taught my entire life. Time to rewrite my own playbook, and it's happening right here on the Dinner Bell!I hope this little wonder-filled podcast might serve as a touchstone for any big-hearted dreamer who struggles to remember your unconditional worth and your right to take up space.
