Today’s episode is about the Creative Synergy Scale. This is a scale that I designed as part of my doctoral dissertation research to help teams be more creative. I am going to tell you all about it. If you happen to have listened to last week’s episode, you know that I just defended my dissertation last week which means I am now officially a doctor. Super cool! I am really excited about it. Today I want to tell you about the research that I did because I think it can have a significant impact on teams who are trying to be creative. Besides the dissertation defense last week, this is the first time this information is really going out into the public. So I welcome your feedback, I welcome your comments. Let me know what you think.
Let me tell you about the research. I am not going to get into a lot of like researcher ease and I am not going to go into depth about the statistics that I use and all that stuff.
