He speaks to those who worry so much about what people say and shares his thoughts on letting your shine bright even when mean folks try to dim your light.Mike Knowles was born on November 4, 1988 in Atlanta, Ga. Knowles is a graduate from Savannah State University with a BA in Marine Science and minored in Theatre (Fall 2012). He is a brother of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. In the theatrical/arts world, not only he is an international model, Knowles has performed in numerous plays; to name a few: Mary Shelly's Frankenstein (The Creature), Into the Woods (Rapunzel's Prince), Jesus Christ Superstar (Jesus), August Wilson's Jitney (Becker), MidWinter’s Night’s Dream (Oberon) and The Great Gatsby (Gatsby). He launched his debut album "Odyssey" in 2014. He is a charter member of the Collective Face Theatre Ensemble in Savannah, Ga; under the direction of David I. L. Poole; performed in debut short films “The Investigation” (2017) and “Keep Going” (2018), “Dance of the Gypsy” (2018) as well as partaking in the The Breakthrough Acting Seminars in Los Angeles, CA under the direction of Choice Skinner. Knowles also performed in classical arias under the direction of Heidi Bindhammer, participated in the Harrower Opera Program (2014) as well as studied opera/music history at Georgia State University and Morehouse College under the direction of Dr. David Morrow. He's currently working on his 2nd Album "I AM ALIVE" and now is more adamant to participate in future film projects
