Is now the right time to start a business?

I had a friend of mine reach out to me This morning and mention how he wanted to start a business but didn’t know if now was the right time?

• There's a lot going on in the world at the moment
• People are losing their jobs
• Businesses are closing their doors

But with all these negative impacts happening around us, is now the right time to start a business?
