Recently, a number of students have claimed that there is a lack of trash cans outside on the University of Vermont's campus. Is this tied to a green initiative put on by the University, or a part of a greater conspiracy against trash cans? Multimedia Reporter Sawyer Loftus traveled to the Bailey Howe Library to get the scoop directly from students on how they feel about trash cans on campus.
