It's a competitor of Ethereum's Raiden network and Bitcoin's lightning nework. The team behind it is very, very impressive and I like the project. They're doing a Dutch auction for the ICO so there aren't set token metrics. Mainnet goes live in Q2 2018 right before the ICO according to the founder.I'll keep an eye on this project and hope they succeed. Love seeing companies try to make big things happen.
