"I Wanna See You Win!" Is Nina's slogan and something she has been so passionate about bringing to the world; providing encouraging words and guidance when it comes to Mental illness, Domestic Abuse, Abandonment Issues, Spirituality and many other things. Her kind and gentle nature has been something so beautiful to watch flourish, but this beautiful person we all have the opportunity to listen to and learn from, didn't always get to witness or experience life in such light.  Growing up in a dysfunctional home, and abandoned not only emotionally but physically by her family as well, Nina had to figure out how to get through life by herself, and with the little support of the people she did have around her. Surviving through domestic violence, prison, and just pure betrayal from those who claimed loved her, Nina found the light through the darkness and decided to make something out of all her pain. Recently, she became a Bachelors graduate and is currently on her way to bringing home a Masters degree in Social Work! Nina has astronomically turned her life around and our goal in this conversation, was to briefly go over her struggles and tribulations and remind you that you too can win just as Nina wants for you; just as I want for you. This episode was one of my favorites, and I hope you enjoy!
