Sean recently competed in the 44th annual Grandma's Marathon in Duluth, Minnesota crossing off a major bucket list item. On this episode Sean talks about what his experience preparing for and taking part in the race meant to him, and how the race took on a new meaning after his dads Parkinsons diagnosis worsened.
