On the night of the 24th of December, laughter rings out from houses that line the streets, the cold holiday breeze gently sweeps and brushes against people’s cheeks, and dancing lights color the town in a sea of glimmering speckles, the perfect scenario indeed for Christmas Eve. However, while almost everyone is in their holiday spirits, prancing around town in their reds and greens and sipping on their big mugs of hot coco, not all people are on the same page. Some are down with a case of holiday blues, locked up in their rooms and just, well, not in their happiest. For some, Christmas Eve is just another work day, even when they don’t want to spend the holidays holed up in the cubicles of their offices, but have no choice, nevertheless. While Christmas is generally a day to be merry, it’s not always the case. And with that, we’ll look at the different Christmas stories from different people, with different perspectives.
