Lue has worked in fitness industry for the past 16 years taught various classes and managed a number of corporate health clubs. Now a mum of 2 and part time fitness instructor at Vitality Care, teaching in Care Homes across Essex (before Covid-19). 

She loves designing and making her own jewellery and hopes to turn her hobby into a business one day. 

Olando Salina MSc. MCIM originally from Trinidad 🇹🇹, left behind 12 years in banking and finance to pursue a career in marketing.     In 2019, after a decade in marketing he resigned as Marketing Director of an international manufacturing and construction brand and is now the Managing Director of Neoseven Marketing Agency. 

He is a lover of Carnival and soca music and plays an active role in Notting Hill Carnival.
