As many of you may know, friend of The Cosmic Salon, Alan Cicco has had congestive heart failure recently. We waited until he could sit and chat about the process, the stuff around it, and what facing death at this stage of the game looks and feels like.
This is a heartfelt, intimate chat. Alan is a wonderful soul and a personal friend at this point -- he's been so kind to have come to the speakeasy many times and chat with us, he's been on the marquee and on with Jerry and I over at Voces Nocte.
Alan is a true Sifu, published writer, and holds advanced degrees through university. Living the life of a Monk he has maintained the ancient loral of service and has kept a low profile with the aim towards his martial art and devotions.
