On this week's episode we are interviewing our own father, the man to thank for the entrepreneurial spirit we benefit from (although our mother is equally entrepreneurial minded herself). 

Alistair, who now runs £40m business Ocee International (which he took overin 12 years ago when it was turning over just £4m), also had an incredibly successful career in corporate life over 29 years. 

We think it's fair to say this interview is packed FULL of incredible advice, wisdom and tips for anyone starting there journey to show just how big you can dream, and to show that whatever age - it is possible to become a dropout. It may even show you that staying in your corporate job to gain as much experience as possible to allow you the best chance at success when you do start up, is a good choice.
