Maggie Marazita is a recent graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to attending university, Maggie developed a burning passion for environmental studies stemming from hikes she took as a child. Following her passion, Maggie rose to captain her forestry and natural resource management team in high school and recently earned her degree as a geography - environmental studies major. Today, Maggie is actively searching for a long-term career in the world of environmental science and refuses to allow anything to stand in her way. Join us as we talk about the magic of edible mushrooms, how Smokey the Bear is ruining the environment, and where to forage for food in the concrete jungle of Los Angeles.
