Howdy friends! This week we have a very special episode with Nick Schreiber who is the chef and owner of @bellesbagels . Belle’s is a really special place not just because I have the opportunity to work there but because we all really care about what we are making. Belle’s has been serving Northeast Los Angeles affordable hand-rolled bagels for 5 years now and is only getting stronger.  This episode is a peak into my everyday life and something I’m proud to be apart of.
