Hey there all you cuties! This week we have a very special guest Phuong Tran, the chef and owner of Croft Alley located in Melrose Place also newly in Beverly Hills. Phuong took me under his wing when I mentioned that I wanted to pursue a career in culinary two years ago. He demonstrates respecting the product given and creating a beautiful dish done with intention.
