Lucy Grace grew up poor and over time passed through many levels of awakening. She has come to her own enlightenment organically, without spiritual teachers or a formal path, but rather just by feeling her way through life with intuition and surrender. Hers is a fascinating story, and she is a great soul. I'm Creative Director and host of the podcast. It was great talking to Lucy! This spirituality and self-help podcast features interviews, stories, and commentary from top writers and authors. Topics include Mysticism, Contemplative Spirituality, Nondual Awakening, Meditation, Christianit Mysticism, Psychology, Buddhism, Integral Theory, Advaita Vedanta, and more. Contemplative Light provides education and resources in a global effort towards inner transformation through contemplative prayer and meditation. Find us on Facebook where we have a very active community. WE BELIEVE transformation occurs as we confront our own suffering and that of the world. In doing this work, we learn how to trace the roots of our harmful patterns, recognizing they generally grow from our own woundedness. We are therefore committed to see reality as it is and accept it.
