Nothing.But they need to keep the punters terrfied so they&#39;re pushing this line in a big way - and using a traffic mitigation program in Oxford and an air pollution reduction scheme in Delhi to support their bullshit theories.It&#39;s complete nonsense - but that&#39;s pretty standard from these characters.
