In this 'off-the-cuff' recording my guest, Vinita Temmert, and I discussing how we must move beyond having a 'duty of care' for others and actually have a direct demonstrable accountability and responsibility for everyone, no matter our position or status.

The recording is picked up after Vinita and I were on a call discussing how we can help companies transform from a non-compassionate operating model to a thriving compassionate one. There was so much great information that I had to hit the record button so that I can turn it into this Podcast episode. 

We also talk about how as business leaders, owners and managers we must re-evaluate how our company is operating. The world of business is at an inflection point and I suggest that the point was hit in 2020. We are at a crisis point and the WHO have suggested that we are about to enter a global suicide pandemic. We can no longer ignore our need to make our organisations more compassionate. It is no longer a 'nice strategy' it has become 'a must do'.
