English wanderer Leo Roberts (@leo_athletic) takes us on his gruelling and life changing journey thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail over the course of two months last summer. Food rations, sore feet, glaciers, mountain lions and elk... Like you, Ruben and Adam had never heard of the Pacific Crest Trail but after this episode they're ready to try it out for themselves.  Though there will likely just be a lot of supine rest.
