I’m sure I’m not the only one who has fallen off the bandwagon when it comes to healthy food. This past weekend was one of those times where I picked the wrong food and I even knew it. I’m a sucker for pizza and thought this time would be better. I was wrong and I felt the affects within hours. This is an episode to let you know that we are human and will mess up from time to time.
