The CoCo Show Podcast has been on quite the journey, but now it is time for a change. Everyone in life is facing new challenges and if we hope to be successful in our endeavors change is neccessary. Let's switch gears together as we continue on this road in life.

Throughout the day for most of us the day itself takes a lot out of us. In addition to that most of us without knowing it exhaust ourselves by trying to meet everyone's expectations. This among other things contributes to our daily depletion

This is the last episode of my quest on Ancestry DNA. Unfortunately I must reframe from speak to much in detail, but I do still hope that you can get something out of this episode.

You become the company you keep. This is often hard to manage because we become attached to these individuals. Leaving is the hardest thing to do, but hard decisions are what's necessary for resolution.

Who I am and who you are completely different. I will never be what someone else is and neither will you. It's important to hold your truth and not someone else's lie.

What are some things that make mad and frustrated? It has become so easy to just lose it instead of take the time to breath, and think before you act.
