In this episode I talk individually with four different teenage girls that answer some of the same questions but in their own very different and unique way. They allow me to dissect their lives in a fun, friendly but informative way. We discuss all things inner and outer beauty, health and wellness. It is imperative that we keep an open line of communication with our children so that they know and truly understand that they are love, wanted and needed because they are our future!
