For years, fans called on DC and Warner Bros. to #ReleasetheSnyderCut after the poor reception of the original 2017 release that was completed by Joss Whedon, and on March 18, 2021, the studio answered the call with a $70 million dollar HBOMax release of Zack Snyder’s Justice League.
