Robin is the CEO and Founder of Live in Their World, a company built to help improve workplace culture utilizing a modern virtual reality method, this fully immerses an individual in workplace scenarios teaching diversity, equity, and inclusion. This allows for open and honest conversation which results in mutual understanding and respect among team members.

With an M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology, Robin is a passionate author of both college-level psychology textbooks, and books for a general audience about the psychological underpinnings of fictional characters and superheroes. Robin is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California and has presented psychology classes at both Harvard University and Lesley University.
