In this weeks episode we are starting a two part series where we discuss the disappearance and alleged murder of Alissa Turney as the police move forward with a trial for her murder. Alissa was a 17 year old girl who lived in Phoenix, Arizona and went officially missing on May 17, 2001. She was initially labeled as a runaway but due to her step father Mike Turney's suspicious behavior, and evidence that piled, they moved forward with a murder investigation.
