
Following on our previous podcast regarding adult triage this episode is focused on pediatrics. Disaster research has shown that the stress level is dramatically increased when there are children involved in an incident. Specifically triaging of children has significantly more variability than triage of adults. This session will provide a scoping review of the paediatric mass, casualty triage algorithms and cover some basic ground rules.
