Barrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financialservices. Currently serving as the National Representative at Cost SegregationServices, LLC since April 2021, he specializes in assisting clients across thecountry, with a focus on Southern California projects. In this role, Davidcontributes to enhancing real estate owners' cash flow through income taxsavings and deferment. Cost Segregation Services, LLC utilizes building studiesand the U.S. tax code to identify building components eligible for accelerateddepreciation, allowing owners to expense more depreciation at a faster rate.Prior to his current position, David served as the Western Regional Manager atAtradius Collections from January 2018 to April 2021, where he oversaw amicableAR follow-up services and third-party collections. His earlier roles includeCredit Insurance Senior Sales Agent at Euler Hermes North America from August2012 to December 2017 and various roles at TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. fromMarch 1993 to August 2013, where he excelled in business development, sales,and management.
