Who is Chris Collins?

 

Chris Collins is not your average apartment investor. With a background

in the Hollywood Entertainment Industry, where everyone makes a lot of money,but nobody seems to know how to keep or multiply it. They just spend it and goback to work, day in and day out.

 

He has seen too much money come and go among his friends and colleagues.

As he looked beyond Hollywood, he also saw that a majority of people in theworking world lack any financial training, which leads to a lack of financialsecurity. This is what drew him to apartment investing: to change the way moneywould work for himself, his family, and his investors.

 

At the time

of this writing, he has invested both actively and passively in over 2,500apartment units across 6 different states, in deals totaling more than $200M.
