We're a third of the way through the first Candy Kinkdom Kinkmas.

On the 4th day of Kinkmas, the focus is on communication within an already existing caregiver/little dynamic, be it in it's early days or after ten years together. How can we keep in contact, share what needs to be shared, and maintain our dynamic without overwhelming our partners or ourselves?
