I've had women sheepishly admit to me:

"I have this secret hope of weight loss while I'm quarentined...like I'll emerge this thinner, smaller version of myself."

They are rife with guilt for admitting this to me.

(And I always say: this is a judgement free zone! Nothing you say or do shocks me, because I've thought and done it all!)
