He holds a Ph.D. in ethics from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Mdiv. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dan’s focus of study is in public theology with a special emphasis on religious freedom.  Dan seeks to integrate theology into the public square dialogue.
